DAYLY is a brand of DAYLY Wellness Inc., a Florida-registered company. Our website is brushdayly.com. When we say "we," "us," or "DAYLY" in these terms, that is who we mean.

Using our site

You may use the DAYLY website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to do anything that would harm DAYLY, our customers, or anyone else.

Our products

DAYLY products are cosmetic oral care products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Our ingredient and wellness claims use "supports," "helps," and "designed for" framing in compliance with FDA cosmetic guidelines. Results may vary.

Pricing and orders

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but any price change will not affect orders already placed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically renew every 6 weeks until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal. You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time from your account before the next order processes.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site - the DAYLY name, logo, product names, photography, copy, and design - is owned by DAYLY Wellness Inc. and protected by trademark and copyright law. Please do not use our brand assets without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DAYLY is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
